Records are counted based on viable, addressable records. Contacts that are clearly invalid or fictitious, such as “Mickey Mouse,” are flagged as unaddressable and do not count toward billable records. We recommend removing these contacts from your database to keep your data clean and actionable.

Can I run an audit before subscribing?

Do unused credits roll over for subscriptions?
